Why Homeowners Choose Permanent Lighting
One system replaces the ladder, the tangled boxes in the garage, and the December scramble. The rest of the year it works as everyday architectural lighting.
No annual hanging and removal
The system is installed once and stays put. No ladders in December, no tangled boxes in the garage, no crew to rebook every year.
Everyday architectural lighting
Warm white accent lighting along the roofline for ordinary evenings, which is how most customers run it for the majority of the year.
Holidays and seasons
Preset seasonal themes you can apply in one tap, then switch back the next morning without touching a fixture.
Game days and celebrations
Team colors, birthdays and anniversaries — the same hardware, a different scene.
Schedules and automation
Set on and off times for specific dates, or let the system follow sunrise and sunset automatically.
Zone and brightness control
Divide the property into zones and set color and brightness independently for each one.
Discreet by day
Low-profile aluminum track in a range of colors, chosen during the consultation to suit your trim and fascia.
Remote access
Adjust or switch off the lighting from the app when you are away, subject to internet connectivity.
What It Looks Like During the Day
The lighting modules sit inside a low-profile aluminum track that mounts along the roofline or soffit. The track is available in a range of colors chosen to coordinate with common trim, fascia and shingle tones, so it reads as part of the house rather than as lighting equipment.
During a consultation we look at your specific rooflines and trim colors and recommend a track color for each run. Bosso lists the aluminum track as UV resistant and colour-stable.
Colors, Scenes and Everyday Use
Most customers run warm white most nights and switch to color for a holiday, a game or an occasion. Because each module is individually addressable, patterns and multi-color scenes are possible rather than a single flat color across the whole run.
Control From the Bosso App
Bosso builds and maintains its own app, available for Apple and Android. You control scenes, colors, brightness and schedules from your phone, and you can group the property into zones and run them independently.
- Bosso Smart Lighting app, available for Apple and Android at no cost
- More than 400 built-in presets, including seasonal and sports themes
- More than 16 million colors, with precision color and brightness sliders
- Save unlimited custom scenes and apply them in one tap
- Individually addressable modules for patterns along a single run
- Brightness adjustable from 1 to 100 percent, per zone
- Automated schedules for specific dates and times
- Automatic adjustment around sunrise and sunset
- Music synchronization mode
- Control multiple lighting zones from one screen
- Remote access when connected to the internet
- Manufacturer-listed smart-home integrations: Alexa, Google, Siri and Control4
App features, integrations and remote functions depend on compatible devices, internet connectivity, product configuration and current manufacturer support.
Bosso lists Amazon Alexa, Google, Siri and Control4. Availability and behaviour are controlled by the manufacturer and the platform, not by Precise Circuit Solutions.
The System We Install
Every installation is built from the same core components, sized to your property.
LightPack lighting modules
The individually addressable LED modules that sit inside the track. Bosso rates them IP68 for outdoor exposure and specifies addressable red, green, blue and white output.
Control and power components
A control unit and power supply run the system on 12 volts from a standard outlet. The number of units depends on how much lighting the property needs.
TrackFlow mounting track
Low-profile 0.5mm aluminum track in profiles for straight runs, corners and complex layouts, supplied in multiple colors so it can be matched to your roofline.
Cables and connectors
Power re-injection, data extensions and junction connectors keep voltage and signal consistent across longer runs and separate sections of the property.
Bosso documentation describes a 12-volt system with IP68-rated lighting modules, addressable red, green, blue and white output, and low-profile aluminum track available in multiple colors. Specifications are the manufacturer's and are subject to change.

How Installation Works
- Step 1Property and roofline consultationWe look at the rooflines, mounting surfaces, access and existing electrical.
- Step 2Lighting design and measurementRuns measured and zones planned around how you want to use the lighting.
- Step 3Product and track-color selectionTrack color chosen to suit your trim, fascia and shingle tones.
- Step 4Professional installation and setupTrack, modules, control and power installed, plus any electrical work required.
- Step 5App walkthrough and orientationWe set up your app, build your first scenes, and show you how to run it.
Installation time depends on the property, roofline, system size, access and electrical requirements. As a licensed electrical contractor, we handle any electrical work the installation calls for and confirm what is involved before scheduling.

Permanent Lighting Questions
What is permanent outdoor lighting?
A low-profile lighting track is installed along the roofline or soffit and stays in place year-round. Instead of hanging temporary lights each season, you change colors and scenes from an app. Most nights it runs as warm white accent lighting.
Can the lights display warm white for everyday use?
Yes. The modules produce white as well as red, green and blue, so warm everyday lighting is a normal setting rather than a compromise. Most customers run white most of the year and use color for holidays and events.
Can I schedule holiday and game-day scenes?
Yes. The Bosso app supports schedules for specific dates and times, and can adjust automatically around sunrise and sunset. Bosso also includes preset seasonal and sports themes you can apply in one tap.
Are the lights visible during the day?
The track is low-profile aluminum designed to tuck into the eave, and it comes in a range of colors so it can be matched to your trim or fascia. It is visible on close inspection but reads as part of the roofline rather than as lighting.
Can different areas be controlled separately?
Yes. The property can be divided into zones and each zone controlled independently for color, scene and brightness. Because each module is individually addressable, patterns along a single run are also possible.
Does the system work with smart-home platforms?
Bosso lists integrations with Amazon Alexa, Google, Siri and Control4. Those integrations are provided and maintained by the manufacturer and the platform, and depend on compatible devices, connectivity and current manufacturer support. We are happy to tell you what is working at the time of your install.
How long does installation take?
Installation time depends on the property, roofline, system size, access and electrical requirements. We give you a realistic schedule after the consultation and measurement rather than a general promise.
What affects the price?
Mainly the total length of roofline being lit, the complexity of the rooflines, access, the number of zones, and any electrical work the installation requires. We provide a written estimate after seeing the property. We do not publish a price range because a genuine number depends on the measurement.
Can the system be installed on different rooflines?
The track system includes profiles for straight runs, corners and more complex layouts. We assess your specific rooflines, soffits and mounting surfaces during the consultation and tell you honestly what is workable.
Is it suitable for businesses?
Often, yes — brand color, seasonal displays and architectural accent are common commercial uses. Commercial suitability depends on the building, mounting surfaces, access and electrical capacity, so a commercial project always begins with an on-site assessment.
What warranty comes with the system?
Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer. Bosso materials describe the lighting modules as rated for up to 50,000 hours and identify manufacturer warranty coverage, but the actual coverage, exclusions, transferability and claim process are governed by Bosso's current written warranty terms. We will provide those terms in writing before you commit.
Who handles service and warranty questions?
Contact Precise Circuit Solutions first — we installed the system and we are your service contact. Where a claim falls to the manufacturer, we help you work through Bosso's process.
How do I request an estimate?
Call (901) 201-4335, email Support@precisecircuitsolution.com, or use the contact page. We will arrange a consultation, look at your rooflines, and follow up with a written estimate.
